1. Digital goods

R4L sells digital licenses that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase you agree that the product is immediately accessible and non-returnable.

2. No refunds

All sales are final. Once a key has been issued, refunds are not available this includes cases of second thoughts, game bans, or keys used on the wrong PC.

3. When we do refund

We may grant a refund or replacement if: (a) we failed to deliver your key due to a system error, or (b) you were charged but received no product at all. Contact us promptly with your order ID (shown on your track page).

4. How we verify

Refund requests may require proof of payment (NOWPayments payment ID). We will never ask for your wallet private keys or passwords.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

Opening an unwarranted dispute or chargeback will result in permanent revocation of all keys linked to your Discord ID, without further notice.
